Really appreciate Dr. Sirmon. Excellent Veterianian, compassionate human and understanding and communicative with animals. His honesty and patience impress me most. I’ve had 4 packs in my life. Various sizes. Have let them go when time, most times alone. Luke was my last dog from my last pack. I still miss him so. Thank y’all for helping me stop his suffering. I absolutely love all of the doctors. They are very good at what they do and the prices are very reasonable however I do not like the grooming service they have. For one it takes you about 3 months to get an appointment for your pet to be groomed which to me is outrageous and so I have been on the waiting list for the past 3 months and my husband went into the hospital and had to have surgery so I called them this morning and said is there any way I can bring him in at 10 and they said no he's got to be here between 7:00 and 9 a.m. so I left the hospital because like I said it took me 3 months to get this damn appointment it actually showed up at 9:15 and they would not take him after waiting for 3 months. I brought my new puppy to Partners for Pets Veterinary for his first exam and initial vaccinations. Unfortunately, the experience raised serious concerns about professionalism, communication, and medical documentation. The veterinary technician showed little to no engagement, did not explain what procedures or vaccines were being administered, and came across as unprofessional. As a first-time visit for a young puppy, clear communication is especially important, and that was entirely lacking. More concerning was a documentation issue: two vaccines were administered during the visit, but only one appeared on the paperwork I reviewed after leaving. I called the clinic for clarification regarding the second vaccine, and staff were unable to tell me what it was. That means my puppy received

Went to take my dog (a miniature schnauzer) to get groomed today 12/8/25 and was told by the staff that the groomer Jessica Who is NEVER there when I drop my dog and ALWAYS cuts my dog however she sees fit even when I keep telling them to giver her the schnauzer cut and to not cut her skirt or eyelashes off the groomer Jessica does the exact opposite. Anyway was told she has strict rule about all the dogs being there before 9am now mind you this was NEVER told to us. I normally take my dog at 7am as I’m heading to work but I was off today and wanted to sleep in a bit so I brought my dog to them at 9:15am only to ruffle be told that the groomer said she won’t take her bc it was past 9am and they have a strict rule about that. Again this so call strict rules groomer Jessica is the same one
