First time coming to Parlor of the Pooch and I’m super pleased with my lab’s grooming experience. Cooper was incredibly anxious and Lexi was awesome! Will be returning with both Cooper and Buxley in the near future!

Very welcoming and kind staff! They did a great job and did exactly what I asked for my dog! My dog was ready for pick up at the exact time that was expected. Overall, a great experience and will be back!

I took my puppy here for the second time recently. The first time he just got the puppy package, which included trimming his face, paws, and bikini area + nail trimming. When I picked him up from the first appointment, they asked me if we used a blow dryer on him because he did so well with it (which we do). He has gotten many baths, blow dries, and daily brushings at home, and he is always extremely well behaved. Overall, they did a neat job the first time but cut way too much off his face and completely took away his puppy/doodle appearance (he’s a mini bernedoodle). I decided to take him back because the first time I did not specify exactly what I wanted, so therefore didn’t think it was the groomers (Autumn) fault. Yesterday was the second time I took him back.
