This ER is better than most I’ve been to. What I really appreciated is that they didn’t push thousands of dollars in extra tests like some other places do , everything was optional and no pressure. I brought my cat in very weak, not walking or eating. They suspected constipation, ran bloodwork (which was normal), and agreed to give IV fluids to help stabilize him before sending us home with meds. The next day my primary vet (with 40 years of experience) treated him for severe dehydration and a possible virus with secondary bacterial infection using fluids and antibiotics, and he improved the same night. While the ER didn’t fully figure out the cause, I’m grateful they respected my choices and helped keep my cat stable until I could get to my regular vet.

So pleased and grateful for the ladies here. They were wonderful with Yammy. Unfortunately I caused food bloat with her and they were able to diagnose and help resolve it. Everyone was very sweet and informative. The place itself is very clean and quite. I truly appreciate the care she received and that they went over several options financially before hand so we could figure out a way to get her feeling better. They were compassionate and professional.

Well our little Izzy girl had an emergency and off we went to Parkway Vet Emergency Clinic. They listened to us when we spoke and we knew our girl would probably have to stay and what our cost may be but, she’s our baby and we decided if I was committed to getting a dog then I need to get her insurance. She is home resting and, when I picked her up, all I hear is how sweet she is and we agree. Thank you.

I understand that emergency vet hospitals must prioritize critically ill patients; however, our experience was disappointing. It took over two hours before even a temperature was taken on our distressed 13-year-old GSP. The veterinarian, Dr. Behana, performed a very limited exam. I had to ask whether bowel and heart sounds had been assessed, and the responses were vague. While lab results and imaging were reviewed, the explanations were unclear. We spent nearly five hours in a very small, freezing cold exam room. During that time, my senior dog became restless, exhausted, dehydrated, and was visibly shaking. The only reason we stayed was because of the excellent vet techs—especially Riley and two others—who were compassionate and attentive. We ultimately went to our regular veterinaria

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I brought my dog into the ER tonight due to sudden facial swelling and enlarged lymph nodes. I was scared and looking for guidance. Instead of compassion or medical support, I was met with hostility and condescension from Dr. Rachel Pratt. She repeatedly implied that my dog’s suffering was due to my “ignorance,” stated she didn’t “have a crystal ball” to tell me what I wanted to hear, and dismissed my concerns rather than addressing them professionally. Compared me to her situation with her 15 dogs and that she knows what it’s like. When I referenced recommendations from my dog’s oncologist, she insinuated that I may have fabricated information about the cancer clinic. Said she’s “never heard of Animal Cancer Care Clinic in Orlando” and that she may ha
