I got a dog over the summer and he had never been to the vet. The docs at Parkway took very good care of my fur baby, got him up to date on all vaccinations and I have taken him there for some ear infections. I appreciate how nice they are and also how they take the time to explain everything. They also called me to check on my boy after our appointment. The staff is wonderful and their prices are reasonable. Plus my dog absolutely loves going there.

Worst experience i have ever had with a vet ever. First off, I move to Springfield from a close small town and my current vet was quite a distance. My significant other recommend Parkway because that's where he takes his dogs and the reviews were outstanding. I have a 20 year old shihtzu and a 4 year old great dane. I also have 2 other dogs that live with my ex husband who is also looking for a new vet, and I am very likely to rescue another dog because my great dane needs a playmate. The shihtzu has been hanging on to life (barely) for about a year. I am a firm believer of not torturing animals, and to let them pass before they are suffering, in pain, or miserable. I set a list of signs to determine when it was time to let my dog pass. She is blind, deaf, is in pain, wont cuddle, won't pl

Absolutely love Dr Snyder. He is very caring, gentle and honest. He doesn't push extraordinary measures but provides info on all options and how he would proceed if he was caring for his own pet. I trust him completely. Thank you Dr Snyder!

Dr. Snyder and his staff are the best. They always call and follow up and find the best solutions for your pets. Recently I took our lab in to see Dr. Snyder and he had to end up getting surgery to remove a lump found and got us in fast because they were concerned if it went untreated it could end not great. I loved that when I went to pick our dog up we sat in a room and Dr. Snyder talked to me about surgery, along with calling me once surgery was done, what the next steps are and all details I would need. He cares to know you and your pets. A different time with our other dog we were worried he was having a reaction to his shots so we called the office and they instructed us what to do and the next day, which was a Saturday, Dr. Snyder called to make sure our dog was okay. It’s those lit

Anyone with a fur baby, listen to me!! If you take your 'baby' anywhere else other than Parkway Veterinary clinic, someone should have you kenneled!! Dr. Synder, Trish and everyone else in the parkway family are exceptionally good. You and your pet will be treated like part of that family. With tenderness and respect, from the moment you arrive. Dr. Synder, as well as the rest of the staff, take the time to explain, as well as listen to any questions or concerns you may have. And they give you their full undivided attention, without making you feel rushed. I definitely felt like the entire staff loved my 'fur baby' as much as I do. So I know that any amount of time that I had to leave him, I knew he was taken care of and loved as when he is at home.
