Parkway and the Animal Activity Center are the best around! The staff is friendly and they genuinely care about their clients. All of the staff on the AAC side take amazing care of my fur kids in daycare, as well. 💜 We love coming here and we have all the smiles for our Parkway and AAC besties!

now this is a place to send your animals to!! my dog was sick for over a month with the same cough, despite chest xrays and bloodwork my old veterinary office didnt give the correct medicine or figure out whats wrong he just got worse. we went to this place and on the very first visit doctor hamilton prescribed the correct medication and finally helped my boy. they got him in the very next morning, all the staff was amazingly helpful and kind, they explain everything perfectly, and they dont try to steal your money they genuinely want to help your pet and are straightforward with you no money gouging. they are worth every penny im so beyond glad i found this place its so much better than my last my dog is finally on the mend to recovery :). i also had to put my rabbit down here and they a

Idk, mixed review. The vets and assistants seem nice. The pharmacy gives me bad vibes. I received a prescription for my two rats in one bottle and was supposed to last one rat 5 days and the other 10. Yet it’s only lasted 5 days total. And when I called with concerns their urgency was not up to par despite the mistake and it involved antibiotics which are on a time frame? This makes me call into question the other prescriptions I’ve gotten from them—one of which had a bad outcome that I originally didn’t want to attribute to them but now I do wonder.

Sadly, last month we had to take our dog in to help her pass. Thank you parkway staff for giving us the time we needed. We also received a card in the mail, and a beautiful candle in memory of our Snickers. Thank you for making a very sad moment as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Periat is a wonderfully skilled and compassionate small-animal veterinarian. Our 1-year-old guinea pig, Penny, was found to have a large ovarian tumor that required a spay. Although the surgery itself went very well, the recovery proved to be too much for her little body, and we sadly lost her 10 days post-op. Throughout the entire process, Parkway was consistently available to answer all of my questions and provide support. Today, I received the most beautiful handwritten card from everyone involved in Penny’s care. Their kindness and sincerity mean so much during such a difficult time.
