Dr. Betts and her staff are all wonderful. They take good care of my Best Bud Reggie! Reggie doesn’t mind too much coming To the office. Even though he tries to hide when they come out with the thermometer but all in all he is treated great and always checked up on if he isn’t feeling well! We love you all!!

The staff and veterinarians at Parkdale Vet Wellness Center are absolutely outstanding! Everyone from the front office to the vet techs to Dr. Laura treats my dog Beau like family. They're compassionate, knowledgeable, and always put my pet's comfort first by going above and beyond to making sure my dog's visits are as stressfree as possible. They provide clear instructions, explanations and follow-up care. If you're looking for a vet who truly loves animals, this is the place.

My Yorkie is getting the best care. Staff is so loving and sweet with Maximillion. His health is being watched and he is a happy boy! When he's happy, Moms happy! Love Dr Betts, too. She's the best.

We’ve been going to see Dr. Betts and her staff for 13 years. They always show the most compassion I’ve ever experienced from a vet’s office. They even check on my fur babies after sick visits, even my pediatrician doesn’t do that! They know who we are when we walk in, they have towels and scarves to calm the pets and make them comfortable. Treats are always given, they even have a treat bowl for people with candy! Dr. Betts and her staff are knowledgeable and always happy to explain anything we don’t understand. From routine vaccines, to sick visits all the way to having to send pets to the rainbow bridge, this office is there every step of the way. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I would!
