Park Heights Animal Care Center

I have been taking my puppy there since Feb 2025 and the staff, vet techs, and doctors have been very nice, kind, organized, and informative. Their prices are somewhat on the high side ( I think, it has been 20 years since I've had a dog so maybe all vets are really expensive now) but well worth it in their service. My puppy was recently sick and I was able to get a same-day appointment with the vet and they even called a few days later to check up on her.

We're new to the area. We had sort of an emergency so we used Park heights. First visit was great with Dr.Tatum St.Pierre besides the vet tech/helper. I have a somewhat aggressive Great dane. Shes never bit anyone but the tech wasn't the nicest. This visit was monday, We needed xrays, they pushed us off and told us theyd get us in tomorrow, again..My Great dane can't walk all of a sudden. They finally called Thursday to see her on Friday for sedation and xrays We had to wait 4 days for my dog to get xrays!! Friday: sedation then here comes the helper/tech to check to see if she's still awake. She had a vest on, the tech picked her up by her vest and dropped her and said she's not fully asleep yet. Ring the door bell when she's sleeping. She treated my pup like a rag doll and never respo

Just moved here 3 mos ago and had to find a vet. Park Heights was very helpful with getting our dogs information from our previous vet. They are very friendly, great with the dogs and very caring. They got us in within a day and even checked up on my pets after the visit to make sure they are doing OK after there shots. Would highly recommend.

Our dob became sick on a Sunday. Called my vet in the morning and was told they were not available. In a panic because a needed a new Vet, I called Park Heights. That was a miracle from God. They saw her that day, did tests and we tried for a week in hopes of another miracle. Unfortunately we had to put our Fur Baby down. The care, attention and heart felt. Act that day was so appreciated and they got us through the hard task. I will recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet. Just amazing facility. ❤️

Dr St Pierre and staff were great with my new little one Lily Marie. She had her first well exam and vaccine. The appointment wasn’t rushed. I really liked that there are two waiting rooms—one for cats and one for dogs. What a great veterinarian practice.
