Park Grove Pet Hospital

I actually don’t bring my dog here at all but the phone call I had today at like 11:20am 2/11 was notably so friendly. You guys have great front desk workers. I was calling on behalf of my job and the lady was so friendly and kind. Anyways, I unfortunately forgot her name but she’s so great. Keep it up.

Was seeking a new vet for our two dogs and picked Park Grove after quite a bit of research. Park Grove will be our third vet in the area. From first call they took the time to answer my questions, provide up front, transparent, and reasonable pricing with an easy and flexible scheduling experience. Our visit was the best and smoothest I’ve experienced in years. Room was away from the waiting and reception area, so less noise outside doors (helping my alert barking dog be more calm), spacious to give plenty of room to examine multiple pets in one visits, and easy tap payments inside the exam room so you don’t have to pay at the front desk while managing pets around others waiting. Dr. Katerina Herzberg is such a good provider. We have had a particularly challenging time with our pup, Oso, who has anxiety when going to the vet. We feel supported and listened to by this provider. She goes above and beyond to ensure our pup feels comfortable and hopefully becomes more okay with going to the vet. She’s offered additional accommodations such as taking him to a larger room, leaving the door open, and listening/watching for his leads on what he’s comfortable with doing. We’ve been able to work together to schedule visits and procedures in ways that create less stress for him overall. I can never say enough good things about Park Grove Pet Hospital. They have been caring for our pets for over 10 years. The entire staff is friendly and caring. Whenever I call for planned care or the I unexpected they treat each interaction with care. We’ve appreciated getting us in for last minute unexpected appointments and also helping our senior pets be comfortable while we have them. We always recommend Park Grove for pet parents looking for a place to take their fur babies.

Dr. Kat is amazing! Our two dachshunds, Hazel Nut & Tootsie Roll get such detailed care during their exams. Dr. Kat explains everything completely if medication is needed. She doesn’t rush through your appointments. What a blessing!
