Such a sweet and very professional vet team. You can truly tell they are dedicated, passionate about what they do, and genuinely care for animals. My dog was handled with so much love and patience, which I really appreciated. Big mahalo for taking such great care of him. 🐾🌺

I've had really uneven experiences. They are fine for basics. For animals that are in mostly good health. But they just aren't a mainland hospital. They don't do emergencies. Some of the staff are nice, but they have one woman that is mean. Which is difficult when you have a very ill animal in crisis. I've seen her yell at people. Another time I was in line and their were 4 staff petting a puppy and talking story with an owner, a dog inline in front of me was screaming in pain. They were oblivious. I would be fine paying as much as they charge if they were better diagnosticians. I've found they are wrong about 35 percent of the time. IE serious issues aren't figured out immediately. It's pretty relaxed for them.

Appreciated the professionalism and empathy after binging in my cat that had to be put down. Everything was explained very well and I felt sad but knew I was in good hands to make that decision.

The staff was so sweet to my Chloe girl (she’s a pit hound ridgeback mix) and she is comfortable with them. They work quickly and do such a go job taking care of her. I brought her there for her spay procedure and she recovered quickly and with barely any problems. Thank you for always taking care of my Chloe ❤️
