Exceptional Betta Care Advice—Immediate Results! I called this store worried about my betta fish, and the staff/owner were absolutely wonderful. Through an honest, helpful conversation, I was able to figure out the mistake I had made, and I was never once made to feel bad or criticized about it. The product they recommended was effective incredibly fast—in just two days, my little guy is already much more active and vibrant! I learned so much during the call. Later, I visited the store with my two young daughters and fiance, and the friendly staff and great selection (plus the cute pets) solidified it: you have gained a loyal customer. The lady that was working March 6th 2026 was very rude! I went in to buy some MealWorms and at the register I went to pay she asked if I had a number I said I don’t think so she asked for my first and last name and I spelled it out loud because it was different and what’s crazy is she said wow how people are spelling there kids names now makes them so complicated then proceeded to say so how do people say you name obviously clearly how I said it and why does that matter that comment was highly offensive and to not only consider that why insult someone that said nothing to you

So happy to have this local place instead of chains. They have always had what I needed for both dogs and cats. Plus, in the right season... Girl Scout cookies!

This place was clean and had large variety of pet supplies. Great customer service. I was in town for the day to handle some business, I had to stay over night to complete my business but didn't bring any food for my 12yrs service dog. This was the only place that had it and the price was reasonable for a Specialty brand dog food . Dr Marty Nature's Blend freeze-dried 👏👏 Thanks 😊 🐕‍🦺
