Pam's Pet Grooming

Amy did an amazing job with my two year old cocker spaniel! We’ve had extremely bad experiences before Pam’s Pet Grooming with his testicles being burned and cut up. Amy was able to get us in very quickly, within the week, and listened to all of my requests about the style we wanted and she was very gentle with him. I’m extremely pleased and so is my pup!

Amy does a great job grooming our goldendoodles - they always look so cute, and much better than they did anywhere else I had take them before. Her prices are reasonable and she is fast and flexible with her scheduling - I 100% recommend her!

They worked in my rescue golden doodle (we had only had her a couple weeks, and she was really suffering in the heat). They were swamped, but still did a great job.

I absolutely would not recommend this groomer to anyone. I have never seen my dogs look so bad, and they have been to a few groomers. I understand that Airedale’s can be difficult to groom with their distinct pattern. This business should of been honest with me and told me that they do not know how to groom this breed. My poor dogs were completely scalped. The groomer (Amy) had the audacity to argue with me that she groomed them correctly and that’s how they are supposed to look. They looked so awful, you could see lines and bald patches in their fur. I was so shocked when I picked them up, and the price was really expensive. $70 each to completely butcher their hair. This place really doesn’t even deserve one star, the staff refuses to take responsibility for their actions resulting in dogs going in for a trim and coming out completely shaved, skin irritations, and most recently even a puppy coming out with a nearly broken leg requiring emergency surgery. This place lack’s responsibility and refuses to even acknowledge their wrong doings. Please don’t take your precious pups here.
