Absolutely love this place they are so good it doesn't matter the size of the dog I have a 10 year old 2 1/2 lb Chihuahua that I cannot clip her nails without her making me think she's dying he can do it and like 30 seconds I have a doodle that he takes care of an 100 lb puppy that's a year old I would trust them with any of my pets!! And you can't beat their prices!! Or the atmosphere you can tell they really love what they do and take care of your fur babies!

I have toy poodle I explained very clearly that i wanted her just an all over cut. No poodle cut. I wanted her ears trimmed and her top just a trim. When i picked her up she was chopped. They shaved her almost to skin. Actually in some places she was to skin with some clipper burn on her belly. Along with they cut her moles and they had been bleeding. Her face still had long hair clumps on her nose, mouth and near her eyes. They gave her what they call a "summer cut" in the cold fall. Makes zero sense. Her ears were hacked and choppy. Her top was cut short. They said she didnt like being brushed out, but ive never had issues at any groomers for the 14 years ive had her. Dont go here. To mention the shop looks like a trash heap. We’ve been looking for a groomer for our Lil’Ol’ Lady since we moved back from Chicago. The search is over. Ms. Porsha is now a part of The Pampered Pup family. When I say John did an amazing job, that’s not enough. I called today and got right in. John was kind and courteous upon my arrival. When I came back to pick her up, he made me feel even more comfortable by engaging in conversation. She look great for a 12 year old chihuahua, wouldn’t you agree?? Thanks John.
