This has to be the best place to get your fur babies groomed. Brittany did a fabulous job making Max and Zoey look their best. She took the time to introduce herself to my kids and put them at ease. They're also a pet playhouse/ boarding facility with large play areas and kennels to house your dog in the most comfortable surroundings imaginable. Give them a call or better yet stop by and check them out. You won't be sorry.
My Bernedoodle comes home tired, but happy! Their pictures are greatly appreciated! I don’t worry at all about kenneling! Thank you Pampered Pooch for taking care of my fur Baby.
*update: They ended up refunding me for my stay and the future deposit we had. I appreciated that they did this and apologized. I’ve already discussed this with the facility, but I remain deeply disappointed in our experience at Pampered Pooch Farms. We recently sent our dogs for an 3 night stay. Our dog passed large amounts of blood in his stool on the last day of boarding, yet we were only told he was “fine” at pickup. There was no documentation of his issues, and I had to ask multiple questions to get basic context. After further asking, I was told it was 5-6 stools with “a lot” of blood. This is not fine. He defecated pure blood immediately after pickup and was diagnosed with pancreatitis at the emergency vet 2 hours after pickup. This was a serious medical issue that symptoms should
We've taken our doodle for a full groom twice now, and they've done a great job both times! This before and after shows their work (the after picture was also after a car ride home with windows down, lol). They take good care of him while he is with them and will give you a heads up when they are about ready to be picked up.
Rachael has been my groomer for 3+ years. She has always done a great job and is very loving with my dogs! She grasps that they are different and always accommodates their needs!
