Pampered Pets

I had a bad experience with this company. They rushed through grooming my pet to hurry up and get money from another customer. The work was sloppy and uneven. Also, my pet got fleas from this place. My pet had no fleas prior to being groomed at this place. However, after the grooming my pet has been constantly scratching. Also, this place is overpriced and management has a terrible attitude! They need to do better demonstrate better customer service! I don't care what the response is from this company my experience is my experience.

Typically have done a decent job. This time around, not the greatest groom. My pets ears were not cleaned or plucked. He has always had nice and clean ears - will have them cleaned and plucked at the veterinarian appointment.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years. Excellent service, my dogs definitely feel welcomed there.

They were wonderful. My moms dog was acting out and they handled her beautifully. She looked amazing afterwards. Great atmosphere, customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. 5 stars absolutely !!!

Was very pleased at first,but cuts became inconsistent with huge knicks on head and jowls. AND witnessed a groomer PULLING a dog around the floor by its tail, in a non-grooming scenario! When I spoke with the owner she called me a liar.
