Pampered Pets Grooming

First time for our fur babies to get pampered here....they look amazing!!! Service was great!!! We are so happy with our experience!!!

Our Babe had a great day getting pampered! She looks and smells amazing! I asked for a clean summer cut and they did perfectly.

I took my dog to Pampered Pets for many years until she passed away. Now that I have another dog, I have called multiple times and left a message for an appointment, and no one calls back. This was a problem before, but I kept going because they did such a good job. But at this point, not returning calls from someone who was a loyal customer is just bad business practice.

I took my dog a while back, but just got around to doing a review. I was very glad that I was accommodated in a short notice. I was told to drop off my dog in the morning and to pick it up at the end of the day. When I showed up, he wasn't ready. I had to wait another hour to get him. I had no problem with that. The issue I had is that I was told to take him out for a pee break because he hadn't had one since I dropped him off; I had never seen my dog pee so much. Poor thing; he held it the entire day. At the time I was told they didn't do time appointments and that all dogs get dropped in the morning and picked up at the end of the day. That's fine, but if they're going to keep dogs that long, at least give them one break.
