Patti is a wonderful groomer and person. I have an anxious dog who never likes to be left but Patti spends time with him prior to doing any grooming to help him relax. Last visit was her and I catching up on life while petting my dog to calm him down. Nowhere else will give you that.
Patti is very good with the dogs. Asks questions to learn their personalities. I have an extremely shy dog but Patti talked to her and by the time I picked my 2 dogs up, she and Patti Were friends.
Our dogs love Patti, she takes great care of them. Best groomer ever!
