Pampered Pets Bed & Biscuit

Very pleased with our dogs stay at Pampered Pets. 3 dogs for 8 days. Good price and they exercise them.No issues with kennel cough. Highly recommend them. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very sad this morning been going there a long time. Both of my dogs were very razor burned and my Yorkie has been shaking and traumatized since Thursday. He hides and won't come out of his cage. Asked for advice and if they helped with the vet bill. Was told by the lady that they didn't do this on purpose and I could have a discount on my next visit. She also rudely told me she wasn't going to talk over me. Do better next time. Hopefully my dogs recover soon.

Love this place, and I think our dog would agree! Pampered Pets is the best! If you want your dog to be well cared for during the day or during a long stay, this is your place! Not to mention, your dog will meet some great fur buddies and get tired, exhausted, and downright, happy along the way! Rosa whines when she sees Pampered Pets in the distance and barrels out of the car to get inside! The staff is amazing too!!! 💗😊 🐾

Absolutely Great place to take your Fur Babies to get groomed. She really listens to your request and does an Excellent & Amazing job grooming. Great details with there cuts also. Then the next week took her sister Zoe and couldn’t be happier with her either.

I don't think my dog enjoyed himself because I believe he just missed us too much and couldn't understand why he was there, but I do believe the staff did the best they could. I got the feeling they were efficient and conscientious and they deserve credit for that.
