Great place! I chose this place for boarding my dog for the first time based on a recommendation. I "warmed him up" by doing a half day daycare and a full day daycare before I went on my trip. The staff has always been kind to both me and my anxious dog and they take good care of him! The first time, he was scared to go in. The times after that he wouldn't even look back because he loves the place. I trust my doggie is in good hands whenever I go on my trips. One point of feedback would be to leave more report cards. When I go on a long weekend trip, I usually get one to two report card(s). It would be nice to have one each day to have a bit of a check in.

Have used these guys for many years. We always travel with ease knowing our big boy is there. Eliza and her team are always so professional and personable. We love pampered pet!

Great place! Brought in a very old Boxer for daycare. The people there were so incredibly nice and accommodating to all of my dogs needs. They also make the entire process of dropping off and picking up so easy.

We have brought our dogs to Pampered Pet on a number of occasions and they are always so excited to see everyone that they don’t even look back and say “see you later “. On our last trip the staff went above and beyond caring for our fur babies. Our older dog can be finicky and when he didn’t always eat his meal, the staff was concerned enough to get in touch with us to discuss how to get him eating. And, when our flights were cancelled and our trip unavoidably extended, they purchased our babies brand of food so their diet wouldn’t get disrupted. Thank you for the great services and care you provide for all the fur babies that enter you door❤️

Our American Bully, Bane, loves this place and so do I! One thing that stood out to me about this facility is they actually let dogs be dogs. Other places we have been to have punished and have put Bane away for wanting to wrestle and play with other pups in his play group. We have been taking him here since he was a little puppy for day camp and he has grown to be extremely well socialized thanks to group play. The facility is super clean, staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and Bane always comes home exhausted. They are also super communicative if there’s any concerns they have which tells me how attentive they are. Another huge plus is it being open 24 hours. We’ve had weddings or events where we didn’t pick him up till past midnight. Complete peace of mind knowing he is being
