Pampered Paws

Pampered Paws was able to fit both my Australian Shepard border collies mixes in for an apt with only a couple days wait time. Both dogs were bathed twice, hair cut, and trimmed. Absolutely mind blown at the way they both looked! Pampered paws did a beautiful job! Thank you for making my shaggy, matted dogs, shiny, and soft again!

I made 5 calls to this shop in about a 2 week period and received absolutely no courtesy of a response to messages left. A chance visit to her shop found her there, so I asked when I could bring my dog in to have her nails clipped and was given the hours that I could come to have it done. Stopping by at an hour in her suggested time frame and not finding her there, I called again mentioning that I had stopped by and not finding her in, wanted to set up an appointment. Again, no response whatsoever! What an unprofessional way to do business - it appears she wishes to pick and choose her clientele! Forget this place...there are many other places around that treat every customer as though they needed them!!
