Having traveled with our pets for many years we had the opportunity for a two week vacation, however no pets were allowed. We left our pups in the care of Pampered Paws Pet Care. The first day we were very happy with the care our girls received. The communication was first class. Pictures, text messages and an occasional story was welcome everyday. I was nervous leaving our dog last minute for an unplanned but necessary trip. We don’t travel without her much. Some discussions with Pampered Paws in advance helped, but you still worry about your pets with new experiences. I’m happy to report things went really well! Our dog needs a lot of stimulation to fight boredom and anxiety. I received several statuses along with photos each day. She met new friends both people and pets from the farm. A couple little videos where I could hear her being spoken to with kind and gentle words, and I could see she was enjoying the special attention. This allowed me to set my worry aside knowing she was given so much individual care. This is the most important thing to me, that she is given loving care and for that I am so grateful.

Pampered Paws is wonderful! When my husband had to return to the office after working from home for two years, I was in a panic about my senior dog being home alone. Lisa and Diane quickly worked to set up a meet and greet, and get our pup on the schedule. Our walker Gina is gentle and kind with our dog. I can tell by her photos and sweet notes how much she cares. It has been so reassuring having this company to work with. Lisa and Diane are very accommodating to our changing needs and schedules. Highly recommend!

Pampered Paws is the absolute best! They have been caring for my dogs for nearly 2 years, providing weekly mid-day visits and overnight care on multiple occasions. They provide updates at each visit to let me know how things are going. They treat my dogs like they are their own and I never have to worry when I am away. Diane and her team members have cared for our dogs for 8+ years. I trust every single team member and the care they provide. We have travelled abroad and at no time Have I ever worried about a thing. They take excellent care of our dogs and respect our home as we have them stay overnight. They communicate frequently and with lots of pictures. Our pack has some very specific quirks and they know how to deal with all of it. Any chance I get I recommend Pampered Paws and in fact know those referrals couldn’t be happier.
