Wish I could do no stars. First trip to her she as a person came off very abrasive, but I can look past that because I have been told the same. However, watching her through the front window clip my 8 lb dogs nails I felt very uncomfortable because I could tell he was not happy. He was shaking when I eventually went into get him. I understand little dogs tend to shiver especially when they’re cold. It was winter. I made a mental note but ignored it. Called and made a second appointment. Husband wrote the time down while I was on the phone. He woke up after only a few hours of sleep — third shift. Drove out to her salon and arrived at 11:20. She had a dog inside with her. Husband waited outside in the first room and noticed that my dog had already begun shaking. At 11:40 I called and texted

So caring and kind. They helped us feel at ease when leaving our baby with them. We were the pet parents that needed our daily reassurance that our Baby was doing fine. And they were more than happy to . We left for a week.First day or two he missed us as much as we missed him. Then he decided to live life and had a blast. I thank them more than they could imagine for keeping our baby happy and safe.

We are very pleased with the care given to our Princess Zayla. Fair rates. Zayla always has fun playing with the other dogs. Pamela always returns my check up texts and sends me videos.

My dog absolutely loves coming here!! Pam and Debbie are great; they remember which dogs get along with which, the feeding pattern for each dog, and which dogs to not put together too! One time I had boarded my dog for a month and he ran out of food, and Pam went out and drove almost 30 minutes to pick up his wet food! Much love to this business ❤️

We take our 2 pitbulls to her when they need their nails trimmed. She is extremely careful with them as they both have extra long quicks and sensitive feet. You can tell that she really cares about the fur babies coming in to use her services! Her prices as as good or even better than most others and her facilities are very nice, clean, and even while under construction/upgrading/maintaining, are in order and clean. She has a large parking area with easy access to the building and Kennel areas. Just an all around great kennel and great person taking care of the dogs. Not a single complaint.
