Don't use this veterinary practice. They're too popular, which means they're too busy for you. My cat suffered an injury which resulted in a dislocated tail, great care initially, said they'd talk to another veterinarian in the clinic about the surgery and get back too me in January. I finally started calling a couple weeks into January, just to get told they're still trying to get an answer from him. Latest call and I get told they're booking surgeries two months out! Absolutely unacceptable!

We had a dog that was seen by Palmyra Vet Clinic for his entire life. We recently called due to labor breathing, rapid heart rate, lethargy and vomiting. The vets “didn’t have time” to see him so I scrambled and called Canton Vet Clinic where they kindly got him in as soon as they could. He had to have emergency surgery for a twisted stomach. He survived surgery but passed 3 days later. Who knows what the three hours between us trying to get him in with his own vet and being seen by another vet could have changed. There was no advice for what to do or compassion at all- just told us “they didn’t have time” and “there’s plenty of dogs like yours waiting to be seen” If you want to have a vet that truly cares for your animal and will see it in emergent situations, I highly DO NOT recommend th

It’s possible he could be alive today had they not made us wait 3 hours just for them to say” they don’t have time “ ‼️If I could give zero stars I would. Called first thing to see if we could bring our dog in today for a life threatening emergency and Dr. Angela told us she “did not have time “. Too busy and frustrated to take one minute to properly carry a cat carrier. Dropped both my cats right after surgery. Very unprofessional

Poor old Josie, got a bit of a lung infection. Dr Chad fixed her right up. Along with Dr Angela, the best vets in town. 5/5, highly recommend
