Palms Pet Grooming

They left cuts on my dog. >:( We have 4 dogs between my bf and I. We've taken them here about three times. The first few times, they had to shave them because the dogs had knots. But the third time, they still left the hair too short on the one we took even though the hair was perfectly fine. Later we noticed the cut on his nose. And like always, he came out terrified. We tried another groomer for the rest of the dogs, and they came out very well groomed and happy! We had thought our dogs were just shy and difficult to work with, but now we know it's just the groomer... The prices are reasonable, and the owner is very friendly, but our dogs have never come out happy from this place. I wouldn't recommend.
