We been seen Dr. Hawkins for 3 years now, great Vet. my dogs loves her. very profesional and pet lover, she make my dogs feel comfortable. but this pass Saturday we were seen by Dr. Ashleigh McKinnon to check my 2 dogs, they are friendly and like to kiss, her first comment was to my pets to do not kiss her, one if my dog is 14 years old and she was pushing for x-rays, sonogram and other test, got their shots and she hurt my dogs, very disappointed and wish not to see her again. shes on the wrong profession

I am always impressed with, and am grateful for the tender care that my cat, Feenie receives at Palmetto Animal Clinic. Everyone is kind and polite. I have recommended this Clinic to several people. I also received a follow-up call to check on Feenie.

I always have the best interactions there with front desk, tech, and vet staff. They took care of my dogs quickly across 2 appointments, accommodating our schedule and getting them ready for the holidays. Thank you!

We have always brought our animals here but after planning and taking the entire day off to get an X-ray for our youngest dog, who is quite large, we couldn’t get him in the door and the staff just sat and stared rather than trying to help at all. Then the only thing they could say was we should probably take him somewhere else. The compassion that we thought this place had was out the window and we will never come back. Awful awful customer service. Do not recommend if you have an animal that is the least bit difficult because they won’t even bother trying to care for them.

Our dog had a minor emergency and they got her in promptly. Staff is always friendly and the doctor is amazing. She takes her time and always explains everything.
