We call Grand Island home, but when it comes to our pets—cats, dogs, and rescues—we’ll happily make the drive to Palmer every time. Honestly, if we’ve got a choice, we won’t go anywhere else. Jay is a phenomenal vet, and his team is nothing short of outstanding. From routine shots to busted teeth to those late-night emergencies that test your nerves, they’ve been there for us every step of the way. Their knowledge is sharp, their compassion is genuine, and their prices are as fair as you’ll find anywhere. Huge thanks to Jay and the whole crew at Palmer Vet. These guys are amazing! They were able to see our old girl on New Year's Eve. They did what was necessary to improve her condition with out extra costs. During our follow up appt the vet continued his amazing care and wanted to try another antibiotic before going to the high price option. This clinic has their heart in the right place ❤️ Thank you!!!

Brought our horse in for an after hours emergency and it was a great experience. The staff was calm and kind, stitched his face back up and it was even reasonably priced for an emergency call. You now have a lifetime customer for large animals.
