Padilla's Pet Shop

Went to store, said open! But no one was inside, knocked for 20 minutes. Just from look from the window the birds look terrible! Tried to call but it was old owners number, quite ridiculous. Not a good experience. Do not go here.

Weird. Some fish died. No English speaking. Small variety of fish. No supplies for fish tanks. He could make some money if he sold aquarium accessories like filter cartridges, hoods with light......

I had the opportunity of visiting Padilla's pet shop and found that it has an exceptional selection of fish breeds and also tank varieties which can be customize. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, offering expert advice on fish care and tank maintenance.The store is not too big but the cleanliness and well-maintained tanks ensure healthy, vibrant fish. Overall, a top-notch experience for any tank fish enthusiast !!!!!

I have been in this store several times and I have enjoyed the service and knowledge of the personnel. Prices are very reasonable and I can honestly say that every time I go there the guy is constantly cleaning and taking care of his animals. As far as low inventory he has actually had more fish than some of the big name stores in Palm Beach. Besides inventory is low every where you go. We are still in a pandemic, lets support our local business. Keep up the good work . Thank you .

Poor customer service by male who was there on the weekend. Children looked at with mean stare and talked to in Spanish which they don’t even understand. Wasn’t greeted until 15 minutes after entering shop. Was hoping to walk out with a pet. But after all that was terribly uncomfortable. Not to mention the poor living conditions of the animals. Do not recommend even visiting this place.
