Oxford Pet Retreat

June of 2018, I needed a place to take care of my dog and 2 cats, while I was out of town. I chose this place because their brochere said 3 or more days that they would groom my animals. I intentionally left them 4 days, for that reason. Not only did they not even trim thier nails, my dog got a bacterial skin infection! I'm not happy at all with this place! So far, @ this date, September 5th, I've spent $200.04, on vet appointment's and medicine, for my dog, alone! I was also led to believe that the animals would not be left alone. When I showed up early for Sunday pick up, the place was not clean, the animals were locked inside, I could hear my dog barking, along with all the rest of the animals. I paid for a seperate "suite", as they call it, and I stupidly didnt ask to look at it, just

We've taken our dog there for several years when we need to kennel him for a few days, to have his nails clipped, or just for a day. It's a wonderful facility and staff.

Our Pup had a great time being boarded. Leslie and staff were great with him on his first boarding experience.

Ed and Amy treat our dog as if he were theirs. He loves them and always has a great time. Love the new improvements.

I have taken my yorkie to this kennel and I am never disappointed. Excellent staff and my dog always looks great when I pick her up. 5 stars 👏🏾.
