Trustworthy, safe, clean, friendly, and professional. This is the best vet clinic I’ve been to and the prices are affordable. I also love that I can bring Coco here during the day if needed for boarding. You can also drop your pet off and have the DR take a look at them during the day and pick your pet up whenever you are able to before closing. 10/10!

This review update pertains to "Boarding" at Ox Bottom. 5-Star rating even in the face of a major weather event. I have three special needs dogs. My youngest had never been separated from me in the year since I brought him home. He loves the doctors and staff at Ox Bottom so it was worth the expense for my peace of mind to have my dogs boarded at a facility where professionals would be caring for them when an occasion arose requiring my travel across country. When I moved back to Tallahassee, I checked out several vet offices and asked friends where to go. One friend recommended Ox Bottom, but I wanted to visit a few offices myself first. I should have listened and gone straight to Ox Bottom and saved myself the time and bad feelings. I want the best for my dogs, who are like my kids. Ox Bottom is the best in Tallahassee and I have been very pleased with their care and boarding. Plus, the whole building is super clean and I love that.

I have gone here once with an animal that was abandoned and I had no idea what medical care she received. When I walked in, a large dog immediately started barking and scared the dog I had. They quickly ushered us into a room. Staff was friendly. We weren’t sure if she as fixed and I was told to wait to see if she went into heat. No one said there was other ways of finding this out which I would have appreciated and gladly paid for rather than dealing with a heat cycle. Fast forward, I got a new puppy. I called to see if they had puppy plans like most vets offered. They do not. In fact, you get one free visit as a new client so not only would I pay for each individual item, I had to pay the office visit too. Extremely nice and welcoming staff! Continuously showed my doggie, Sophie, kindness. Everyone in the staff aimed to help my dog while ensuring that I was well-informed in all procedures and potential outcomes. I would like to personally thank Dr. Brewster for everything she did for Sophie and I overtime. Your passion and love for your career continuously showed. Appreciate you!! Unlike with other past vets, Sophie would not get scared about coming to a visit here. She would actually get rewarded with treats and cheese during her visits :) Would recommend to anyone in the Tallahassee area.
