Our dog had her care here for all 14+ years of her life, and we were always happy with the service, but in experiencing her end of life with OP Vet Center, we will never go anywhere else for future pet care. Every staff member was so compassionate and caring. We felt like we were educated about our options and were surrounded by staff who truly cared. Dr. Tawny made an awful process as smooth as it could be, and her kindness will be a lasting memory of our final moments with our sweet dog.

My first appointment I brought my cat in to do a baseline as this would be her new vet, Dr McKee. I expressed a lot of concern that she has stopped eating, and a few other behavioral changes I found concerning. They did a comprehensive blood panel, and when he called me with the lab he said everything looked good and has focused on her weight even though I have told him timed feeding is difficult because I have two cats and the other cat is also losing weight and he’s already so tiny. I spoke to him again and he said that everything looks good and he doesn’t see any problem with her other than her weight. I told him my initial concerns are still Valid and all he wants to focus on is that the labs looked good and she needs to lose weight. We ended up going back-and-forth and he hung up on m

You were supposed to give Cuban a shave not a groom. We talked about this when I brought him in and we talked about this when you called me as I was on my way to work after I dropped him off. A complete shave not a groom. You groomed him into a lion's cut. The night before I trimmed his bangs so he can see. All you did was shave his torso. And didn't even straighten up is facial hair because he still has the same crooked cut I gave him with the scissors. A shave means a shave not a lions cut. You did a great job at Sasha office visit . You charge me over $ 225 for a lion's cut and did not straighten out the mess I did trimming his bangs. Do not trust the male veterinarians at this clinic. Took my dog in for oral mouth surgery, EXPLICITLY told them he does not do good around males and he will growl. When we came to pick him up they gave him a heart worm vaccination at the end and I heard my dog screaming in the back room. A male vet tech comes out and my dog has blood all over his face above his eyes. I ask what happened and why my dog was screaming in the back and where the female vet tech was and he said I’m sorry. I told them NUMEROUS times he does not handle male interactions well. My dog had growled at the male veterinarians tech while he was administering a heart worm shot and then hearing my dog in serious pain I can’t help but to wonder what was happening in a room I was not allowed in. Had the best vet appointment experience with Tammy and Dr. Jane Cindrich and my sick 10 year-old terrier Boots. Both Tammy and Jane had an amazing calm and compassionate energy that helped Boots to relax as she was pretty rough in the gut. These gals are the real deal, and I appreciate big time the care they took with Boots. They clearly love their patients both pup and human.
