Over the Bridge Pet Services

I could not be more thankful and grateful for the services provided with Over The Bridge with quick responses, kindness, patience and understanding when one of our pets passed away earlier this week very unexpectedly and rapidly after i got home from work and was too late to be able to get him more help then i could offer at the time 😔❤️⚱️ Cia came highly recommended by the ladies at Veterinary Emergency Group after I was unable to afford the services they offered for deceased pets right then and was struggling to find a way to give him a proper goodbye with low funds until later in the week and several other limitations/obstacles in the way. She answered the phone right away when we called in the clinic and explained the cremation process, pick up/drop off services, and payment plan opt

I couldn't have been more thankful for cia! She handled my pets passing on Sunday more with grace and compassion as I was a blubbering mess. Cia told me wrinkles would be ready on Wednesday and she called me around 4 pm letting me know. She does do payment plans and will work with you. Understanding this is a super difficult time. We got our old boy a upgraded metal urn, a necklace for me to wear, a paw print, and she was sweet enough to send us home with his fur without us even asking! If I have another pass I will definitely be using her again. She completely understood, didn't rush me off like some vets do, and I truly felt how sincere she was.

Our experience with Over the Bridge, twice now has been very positive. They are very considerate to you and to your pet. They offer various services and our family has been very pleased with the services we've requested. We found Over the Bridge via a local Vet Technician during the loss of one of our pets. The pickup and delivery process of our pets has been timely and very respectful. Thank you Cia, we appreciate you very much!

I was referred by The West Yukon Animal Hospital when our elderly cat passed away on the weekend. Cia was great help and went beyond what I was expecting during this hard time. She not only was able to meet up and pickup our Shadow but she also delivered her to us to make things easier with our busy schedules at this time. I highly recommend and will use their services in the future when it comes time for our other fur babies to cross the rainbow bridge.

Our sweet pup passed away unexpectedly early in the morning in the midst of snow covered roads. I called and she was out extremely quickly given the state of the roads. Gently took our baby and got us her ashes back before the end of the week. Losing a pet unexpectedly is hard but having someone to call to help handle the logistics helps the grieving process.
