Our House Call Vet (Veterinarian)

In what felt like a horrible, dark day, they really were a light. We got to sit down and share stories about our beloved Biscuit, while they walked us through the entire process before they did anything. We felt seen, heard and loved. We had an emergency and had to have our dog put down earlier then expected, and they did everything they could to come as soon as possible. It's evident that not only take great care and pride in their job, but in the lives of pets and people. Truly, truly, thank you. I can't even begin to express my deep gratitude. The entire process was peaceful, quick and painless. I will absolutely sing their praises and the way they acted during this time. Thank you.

Making the decision to put our beloved dog, Ivar, to rest was the hardest and most heart-wrenching decision we’ve ever had to make. It felt impossible, but we knew it was time. From the moment I submitted a request for a home visit, I knew I had made the right choice. Even through email, I could feel the compassion and genuine sincerity in their words. When Dr. Mazzola and Joe arrived, I felt an immediate sense of relief and support. They guided us through the process with such care, respect, and understanding. Ivar’s passing at home was peaceful, dignified, and handled with the utmost caution and kindness. In short, they were true angels during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Letting my sweet boy Tony go was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever had to make, yet from the moment Dr. Mazzola and Joe arrived they showed us care and compassion. I knew I could trust them with my angel and that was important to me. They even accommodated us on the same day. Loosing my best friend has been hard but I’m comforted in knowing he was able to go peacefully. They also gave us Tony’s paw imprint which means so much to us. Thank you for all you do! 🙏🌈🐾

Dr. Mazzola and Joe are truly extraordinary. They helped us through one of the most gut-wrenching experiences of our lives—saying goodbye to our beloved Ninja as he passed to kitty heaven. Although the experience itself can never really be easy, Dr. Mazzola and Joe were the kindest and most caring people. Couldn't have chosen better people for such a difficult job. I will cherish the mementos they gave us and feel at peace that my little old man had the smoothest final moments one could ask for.
