Our Family Vet - Jacksonville

So kind and caring!! Thank you, Paige, for calling and checking on Skye, not once, not twice, but at least 3 times! Dr. Alexander and his staff are very attentive to my babies!! New review - thank you to all for taking care of my beautiful girl in her last weeks, and lovingly help her cross the Rainbow Bridge. I’m still heartbroken, but thank you all for your kindness and caring.

I cannot express enough, my gratitude for this vet office! I came down from out of state and my dog got sick. Not only did they get me in right away but, they were all very helpful and friendly . The Doctor(forgot his name) was amazing and right on point with diagnosis! Tracker j has been on his meds as prescribed and he is already feeling much better! A huge shout out and thank you to Pur family vet in Jacksonville Tx They are VERY FAIR PRICED ! I never walk out of the vet under 300$!!! Except this time I did! The vet technicians and the veterinarian were calm and patient a my large dog was becoming anxious. The staff members at the front desk were patient, kind, and accommodating.

They took my dog in at end of day with emergency and gave him life saving treatment. I'm forever grateful!

I miss dr Alexander. I hope they find a good permanent vet to work there and soon.
