We love Dr. Crossman and Otterside. Grateful for the care they've given our pets over the years and you couldn't ask for kinder or more empathetic office.

Would be 0 stars if I could. As an established patient of 2 of my other animals, my new dog who I rescued unfortunately passed and they would not cremate her because she had not been seen prior. Please tell me how I am suppose to bring her to the vet when she wasn't due for anything. Again she was a rescue who was caught up on shots.

We love Dr. Crossman and staff. We’ve never been unpleased with a visit. They have taken very good care of Blue over the years and we’ve sent many other fur friends their way. Always easy to get seen, especially when urgent. They have always been able to squeeze us in. Thank you Otterside!! 🐾

Under no circumstances should you bring an animal you love here. Several weeks ago my son was walking our dog, Izzy and they were attacked on their property as another patient of theirs was leaving the office with their owner. A friend witnessed the entire horrific scene unfold. A large dog, known to be dog aggressive, escaped from its owner as my son and dog were walking by the office because an employee opened the door at the wrong time. My dog, a cavalier King Charles spaniel was viciously attacked. My 14 year old son was also bit and injured while he tried to rescue our dog. Only at the insistence of several witnesses did the “veterinarian” bring both injured child and animal inside to check them over. My son gave them my name and contact information.
