Dr. Sinopoli, Nurse Yaya, and the sweet lady at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) were all absolutely wonderful! They were so kind to my Rambo and helped calm my anxiety right away. Yaya also took the time to explain the importance of having pet insurance — I really appreciated that. Dr. Sinopoli and Yaya were both so gentle and loving with Rambo. It meant so much to see how genuinely they cared for him. I’m so thankful for their kindness and professionalism. This is definitely where I’ll be bringing my boys for their care from now on!

We love Otay Pet Vets!!! It’s so easy to get an appointment and more often than not, I always get a follow up text asking how my furbaby is doing. We’ve been loyal patients for 14 years. Three dogs later, we are still satisfied with the level of care we receive each time. Dr Murillo is the BEST! ♥️

Our dog has been a patient here for over 14 years. Today we made it our last! We ordered meds two days ahead of time and I arrived on time for my dogs appointment. The medications were not ready and I sat in the waiting room for 1/2 hour! (In the meantime, my dog is trembling). No explanation was given.I asked to see the manager, who was too busy to see me! Since the practice sold, this place has downgraded. Take your furry family elsewhere!

Otay Pet Vets is Next level service!!! We just moved out here and I chose them because of their ratings. I was not disappointed from check in staff to vets and techs its impeccable service! They handled my little LUNA with the best care she suffers from a chronic pancreatic condition and they met all of her needs even treating her in the room to make sure she felt safe! Blessed we found this clinic!
