Orphan Kitten Rescue - Manteca

I got my first cat through kitten rescue. I had been searching for months which was a lot harder than I initially thought it would be. They responded in a timely matter and I was able to see the kittens fairly soon. The cat I initially wanted was no longer available and penny was recommended based on what we were looking for. I believe she was meant for us. Adoption process was smooth. The only reason a gave 4 stars is because follow up care could have been a little better. I would def chose orphan kitten rescue again if I ever decide to get her a partner in crime. This is Nova (formerly known as penny)

BEST EXPERIENCE. My husband and I did foster to adopt in 2021 for Sylvester. We are so appreciative of foster to adopt because that way we were able to have him at 4 weeks old. I have adopted cats in the past at 10 months old when they’re very bitey and almost fully grown - not the best experience. Sylvester was such a tiny adorable kitten and we think having him that young helps so much with socialization. I would only ever adopt a cat this way from now on! He’s SUCH a good cat. The process was very easy! We paid $200 to take him home and the foster parent booked the neutering appointment for us (this was included in the $200) and once he was neutered he was officially ours. This place is awesome. They really truly care for all of the animals they take in. They are very responsive on Instagram which is how I found our fur baby. The rescue posted him on Instagram as well as his story, and my kids and I fell in love with him. We reached out to the rescue on Instagram and were able to pick him up and go through the adoption process quickly and with ease. His name at adoption was Andy but my kids ended up renaming him Toasty. He’s grown up to be a majestic and handsome man of a kitty! Lol. We love love love him! He’s also befriended my Scottish Fold kitty and now they’re besties! 🥰

I got Maximus (prev Eeyore) January 06, 2024 I couldn't be more happier. He is the sweetest, funniest lil kitty and I love him and of course he is spoiled. I would definitely recommend Orphan Kitty rescue these ladies take care of these cats and love on them, so they are ready for their new owners home. Thank you for a great experience!

I adopted Mouse back in August, and it's been the best experience of my life. She's such an incredible kitty, and I'm so grateful to Jessica for her dedication for these cats. Jessica was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the whole adoption process- I truly could not have chosen a better person and place to adopt my first cat from.
