I initially had an issue understanding where my pup’s prescriptions were being sent, as CVS kept saying they didn’t have them on file, which was not accurate. After sharing my concerns, the team reached out to listen, validate the issue, and work to prevent it from happening again. I really appreciate how seriously this practice takes feedback and how they go above and beyond to find solutions. Dr. Annie and her team also take the extra time to coordinate with my pup’s neurologist regarding medications, which shows how much they truly care about their clients and pup patients. I’m very grateful for their efforts!

Compassionate, friendly, informative, punctual. Best of all, they managed to make my shy cat comfortable. He was barely jumping out of his skin which is saying a lot for him. Definitely recommend for cat parents :)

I can't say enough great things about the staff at Ormewood Animal Hospital. They treat me and my senior dog like family, know us by name, and call to follow up post visit. They give us exceptional care and are so loving to my pup every time I come in.

Honestly, I don’t know what to rate them after finding out my cat has a cancerous tumor from a different vet. I brought this to ormewoods attention a good 18 months prior and they weren’t concerned about the growth at all, they didn’t even mention the possibility of doing an aspiration just to be sure. Now I have to make decisions about my pets future that could’ve been easier prior if the vet had done their due diligence (and man do I wish I went for a second opinion back then). That being said they have always been very kind to me and have squeezed me in when my pets were feeling sick. I’m just really disappointed, hurt, and pissed off frankly that my cats cancer has likely spread in this time. Do with this what you will. And if your gut thinks you should get a second opinion, do it.

Just returned from our first visit at Ormewood, and this was easily the best experience we've had at the vet. Everyone took so much time and care to discuss our dog's health needs and answered any questions that came up. I usually go into vet appointments with a certain level of skepticism, but from the get-go knew this was a top tier clinic. Dr. James and crew seem to genuinely want to offer the best care for their patients. Their prices are also super reasonable, and we experienced zero upselling. Highly recommend Ormewood!
