Orion Oaks has amazing staff, techs, and doctors. I have never encountered a friendlier, more helpful group of people in a professional environment. They are patient and knowledgeable, and always so kind and loving to my pets when I bring them in. We have a 95 lb rescue mix (mostly lab and great dane) and she gets super excited to see all people and especially other dogs. Because of her size, she can look a little intimidating, even though she is very docile and sweet. The staff always welcomes her so genuinely, and they never fail to reassure me when she is yanking me all over the place. It is a gift to find people who make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Their communication is also excellent. They always call back when stated, and I have received multiple calls from both Dr Milam

The vet was absolutely wonderful. My cat Octavia felt very calm there even though it was her first vet visit. They were very transparent on cost. I will be taking all my future pets there. She loved all the attention they gave her. Thank you so much!

They take care of our babies by listening to us, recommending common sense options, and provide excellent support when things are tough. They have carried us through huge trauma and losses with grace, compassion, and patience. The staff is absolutely A+, top tier, and cannot be discussed with appropriate words because they are so amazing every time we call, which is often, and have smiles when we visit. We have been taking our kitties here for years. This last November, our cat Shadow was truly unwell, to the point I thought he might not make it, diagnosed with a bladder infection and fatty liver disease on top. Thanks to the staff’s knowledge and guidance, we were able to nurse our boy back to full health. A few weeks ago , however, our other cat, Garfield, needed a quality of life appointment, resulting in him crossing the rainbow bridge with how much he’d declined in less than 24 hours and his age. Dr. Milam and staff were very kind, patient with my many questions leading to the decision, and took great care of him through the end.
