Oriental Village Veterinary Hospital

It was one of the worst experiences i've ever had a vet.... I'm relatively new to the area and wanted to give it a shot.... I am an animal lover. And and owner of 2 dogs I brought my older bulldog in which will be turning 10 to get blood work done on her and. An X-ray.... Throughout the experience, getting greeted by the secretary Wendy at the door and excuse me for how I describe, but this is a review. She is Superdry unfriendly and very, very unwelcoming. I look past that part.Because the medical care for my dog is what's important... They took the came back to do the xray and they told me they're going to run another blood test on her, I said what is the blood test called? The young girl just looked at me and then turned her head and didn't answer me, I thought that was kind of weird,

Dr. Hicks and all the staff at Oriental Village Veterinary Hospital are truly the best. Very knowledgeable, resourceful, gentle, compassionate and supportive. They do go above and beyond. They took excellent care of my old babies and now my new one. It took weeks of help and dedication from the "Village" to save this little one. Thank you! And "Villy" thanks you and will see you soon.

They care for the animals but I felt judged the entire time I was there. The receptionist made it seem like I was bothering her anytime I tried to speak to her and she was constantly on the phone. I brought my cat in because she was attacked by another cat and the whole time the doctors questioned why I'd let my cat outside in the first place and they were unprepared for my cat to try to attack them when they touched her wounds. Even though I warned them that she gets angry when I touch it. I just felt out of place ans judged the whole time so I won't be going back

We recently lost our beloved service dog Maggie. Dr. Sheri and Ben... All the staff were so kind and helpful making the arrangements for her and giving us time to say goodbye. It is never easy to lose a friend, but having someone who is professional and caring to guide you through it helps so much. These are people who truly care about the animals and care about their two legged friends. Thank you very much. The urn and the paw prints were beautiful.

Dr Hicks and her staff are just amazing!!! A human Dr doesn’t spend as much time examining and talking with you as Dr Hicks does with our fur babies ! She really does her job well and you can tell it comes from her heart! The level of care love concern compassion and skills deserve a million stars. Highly recommend!
