Ken Mathias is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to selecting and training Police K9s and Police K9 handlers. I have known and trained with Ken for a number of years and received my Police K9 Trainer/Instructor certificate from Orchard Knoll K9. One of the many things he has taught me is that training the dog is easy, you must become proficient at training the handler and at times learn to train the dog through the handler. While training, either a dog or handler Ken remains flexible and doesn’t hesitate to change the training methods if the initial method does not seem to be working. I highly recommend Orchard Knoll K9 to anyone looking for a working dog prospect and/or training. You will not be disappointed.
