⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care and Compassion! I can’t say enough great things about Orange Canyon Pet Clinic! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care—for both my pet and I. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell they truly love what they do. My Dog Ozzy received top-notch care, and we left feeling confident and grateful. Dr. Jackson is the BEST!!!! We followed Dr. Jackson to this location when she moved from our previous vet. She is so compassionate and knowledgeable. She did everything she could to save our little guy Blackjack but sadly he was just too sick. The last week Blackjack was alive she was out of the office but responded to our emails all week long with direction and help. She is really amazing and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. You are lucky to have a Vet that cares so much like she does. Thank YOU Dr. Jackson. You are amazing!

Outstanding! I was able to make an appointment online. My first visit was curbside and Dr. Jackson was amazing. She came outside and spoke to me at my vehicle and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. She is super knowledgeable about my specific dog breed (Dalmatian). For my second visit, I got to go inside and the hospital is beautiful and so clean. I watched a staff member clean the exam room and she did an amazing job. She even wiped down the fronts of the cupboards! Dr. Murphy was very kind and took good care of my puppy. I highly recommend this facility and their doctors and team.

So after following Dr Murphy from 2 other practices she opened OCPC. She was consistent and kind. Matter of fact CT’s and transparent about all our animals. I trusted her and staff all the time. After all these years the front desk staff was always a bit of a challenge. They used to be on their phones or just careless. I called to leave a specific message for Dr Murphy with Tracy. Asking DrvNuphy to call me and why. No call back except the person who I had left the message about called me back. The exact opppsite of what my needs were. When I phoned back and asked to speak to Dr Murphy I spoke with Sarah. She was not very polite and kept over speaking. After 15 years I did deserve better than a dismissive response and a lecture. UPDATE! 2/15/2021 Another AMAZING trip to see my vet. Front Staff are so friendly and kind! Dr. MacDonald answers all my questions (and I have a lot), and has the best bed side manner. Her technicians love my cat and he actually purrs when he is with them, instead of stressing out. LOVE LOVE LOVE the service they offer! Amazing client service at the front desk and the vet has outstanding bedside manner. Felt like this place treated my pets like their own. Very impressed by the caring people at Orange Canyon Pet Clinic. Won't trust anyone else with my fur babies!
