I always have such a great experience here. I am usually a walk-in for my two small dogs for nail trims. I would say I’ve been going here for about two years now, and I have never been turned away, even though my mini Chihuahua acts like an aggressive Rottweiler haha. Being as a feisty Chihuahua, she is I always worry about groomers having issues, but somehow she always manages to find a friend there which makes me extremely happy and comfortable to continue going back. Thank you for such a great service and I know for certain people they love a family owned business which this is!

Let me just say this — Myrna and her son Zach are amazing. My dog is truly in good hands here. She comes out well-groomed every single time, and what I love most is that she actually likes going. She used to shake at other places, but now? Hardly any shaking. She’s getting used to the new spot and clearly feels safe. I also love that the whole environment is transparent. You can literally see your dog being groomed, and you can see where they’re being quartered/kept while they wait to be picked up — clean, organized, and calm. That matters. The prices? Super fair. You can tell they value their work, but they’re not out here trying to rob anybody. Everything is upfront, no surprises. And Myrna, she’s just awesome. I had such a great experience bringing my puppy Cuzco in for his very first grooming! From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was kind, patient, and welcoming. I really appreciated how the groomer took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted Cuzco’s haircut—and they nailed it! Not only did he come out looking absolutely adorable, but it was clear he was treated with care and gentleness throughout the whole process. I’m so happy we found a place that truly loves what they do. We’ll definitely be back!

Horrible service or no service I should say. I scheduled a bath for my dog at 1pm on Saturday Jan 3. I called at 3:00pm for an update and the phone was busy for 20 minutes. I decided to go there to pick up my dog and now it’s 3:30pm when I arrived. The phone was busy because when I got there a worker was chatting on the phone. I asked for my dog and they charged my card to then tell me he hasn’t received his bath yet and it will be another 45 mins - so if he was seen right there and then that means he would of been done at 4:15pm. The manager came out to tell me the service is 2-3 hours long and if I received my phone call that my dog was ready. Obviously the service itself doesn’t take that long since it is just a bath but that my dog will be seen at some point in that time frame. This

This is easily the best grooming place I've found! The staff is incredibly kind, and they always do a wonderful job grooming my dog. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable groomer.
