We brought our three Yorkies to One Love Pet Salon for a routine grooming, and one of them came home with a serious eye injury. When we returned to address the issue, the staff showed no empathy, no responsibility, and no professionalism whatsoever. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, they denied everything and even implied that we were trying to take advantage of the situation. That was incredibly disrespectful and disappointing. We weren’t seeking money — only honesty, compassion, and accountability for what happened to our dog. Instead, we were met with rudeness and complete disregard for our pet’s wellbeing. I recently took my furry friend, Chestnut, to One Love Pet Salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The groomers clearly care about their work and take great pride in their craft. They paid close attention to detail, making sure Chestnut looked and felt his best. I highly recommend One Love to anyone looking for a top-notch grooming experience for their beloved pet.

I’ve been taking our two Yorkie to these people for about a year. Just recently, our 12 yr old developed a serious ear infection. My vet said it was due to wet inner ears! Cost me over 800 dollars after test and medication. The next visit with our 1 and a half yr old, she develops both ears infection after being there. Another big expense for us. That also would not give the cut I wanted on my young pup. They just cut her they way wanted! Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend the shop to anybody who loves their furry children.

I’ve been bringing my dog to One Love Pet Salon for about 3.5 years to get nail clip. Up until recently, it was a place I felt comfortable and trusted — I used to see the same familiar, friendly faces every time. Last time, I was absolutely horrified, the woman skin and with glasses was trimming my dog's nail while I was waiting. I witnessed she was pulling my dog's leg aggressively and was very angry when my dog was try pulling away. I immediately told her to give my dog back. If you love your dog, please go somewhere else.

We had a great experience with our 8 mo old pup's first grooming. Professional, courteous & pup came out looking like a million bucks.
