On the Ball

This review is long overdue, but much deserved. On the Ball is a home away from home for our dogs. Our dogs are not the easiest clients (one of them is part kangaroo and extremly high energy and one is more calm but has her high maintenance queen moments) and yet the team welcomes them with a smile and excitement every single week. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like their own. At one point, one of our dogs started struggling and acting out of character. Instead of brushing it off or kicking her to the curb, the staff handled the situation with incredible professionalism and attentiveness. On the Ball is THE best doggie daycare and boarding in the KC region. When my dogs walk through the doors, each team member lights up and both Nancy and Paul start wagging their tails like crazy! I know my dogs are in the best care and are so loved when they are there, which makes leaving them behind so much easier. The owner, Meagan, is also great with communication and checks in regularly on my doggies :) This place feels like an extension of our family for our sweet pups. We bring Riley and Scout to On The Ball two or three times a week. They get very excited when they just hears the words “daycare”. Everybody there seems to genuinely love Scout and Riley and they can’t wait to get in the door. We have a standing reservation for two days a week for half days and it’s just perfect. we love checking in on them during the day on the pup cam too and see who they’re playing with and if they’re taking a nap. Mary has been the best when I’ve had to change my reservation or do a last minute add-on or cancellation. They’re very responsive to our needsThey are always happy and exhausted when they comes home! I highly recommend On The Ball!!

Toby loves coming to On The Ball for daycare. He’s been a regular since he was a puppy, so he’s made many friends! We feel lucky to have a quality doggie daycare in our neighborhood…especially love to see Mary, Brianne and all the guys who love on Toby each time we drop him off!
