We brought our new kitten Anzi here the day after Christmas because she was very lethargic and had a swollen stomach. We had a 10:00 AM appointment and arrived early with a stool sample as requested. We were taken back very quickly, which we appreciated. The doctor examined her and ordered X-rays, then told us he believed she likely had FIP and was going to withdraw abdominal fluid and send it to the lab. He also mentioned results might be delayed due to the holidays. What we were NOT told ahead of time was the cost of this procedure or that the visit would total $879. At checkout we were shocked to learn that just the fluid withdrawal and lab testing was $400 of that bill. After we got home, the puncture site leaked fluid constantly for several hours. If I could give 10 stars I would! My 11-month-old cat Winston and I arrived for an emergency appointment after weeks of him continuing to decline and my old vet not calling me back after several days. They took him back as quickly as they could, they ran some labs and took some scans, and diagnosed him with FIP. Obviously, this was a devastating diagnosis but I was so thankful for them. Since then Dr. Wimpee has seen Winston almost every day and has helped in every way possible, with him getting fluids, a blood transfusion, as well as all the medications we need to help him thrive and survive! The vet techs and front desk have been so supportive and kind and they are all cheering for him every time we come in. I cannot recommend this place enough! They listen to you and actually love your

I am writing this review after the devastating loss of our cat, Cookie, in the hope that it prevents another family from experiencing what we did. Cookie was seen at this clinic on June 30 for a routine checkup, where she weighed 16 lbs and received a clean bill of health. By January 2026, she had dropped to 11.5 lbs — a significant and alarming weight loss that, in hindsight, should have prompted a far more thorough investigation into underlying causes. At her January visit, her blood glucose measured 460. Based on this finding, we were advised to start Bexacat, with the explanation that it could help her go into remission and avoid insulin. I have been coming to On Point for almost 10 years. I have always been treated promptly, appropriately, respectfully and professionally. Dr Todd is AMAZING with a skill level that is unparalleled. We recently have been seeing Dr Cecil and I’m blown away. The level of compassion and expertise is phenomenal. I could not recommend On Point enough. Thank you to their entire staff.

Dr. Cecil was wonderful with our cat. We were able to be seen within a few days of needing an appointment (it was not an emergency). Our cat ended up needing dental surgery and that was scheduled quickly as well. In total, we made three visits to the office for the initial appointment, surgery, and follow up. During this time, we came into contact with several staff members- office and medical- and every single person we spoke to was caring and compassionate! We were very pleased with this office and Dr. Cecil’s care for our cat!
