Baxter loves going to Omnistar. Naomi does a phenomenal job ensuring that his coat is just perfect. He loves going to the groomer and he gets lots of compliments thanks to Omnistar.

Naomi and Mark are incredible people and groomers. We consider ourselves lucky that they groom our fury family members for over 15 years now.

Naomi is the best. She’s a little intimidating at first - she doesn’t stand for much nonsense. If you want to use her as a groomer, expect to be put on a schedule - I ask my dogs to be groomed every 8-10 weeks. She creates the schedule and texts it to you for an entire year. My dogs always desperately need grooming by the time their appointments come up. If you don’t like a yearly schedule, I wouldn’t recommend Omistar. It’s how she runs her business and it works great. Naomi and her husband run the business by themselves so are always extremely busy. They ask you not to call to find out when your dog will be ready. They will call or text when they are. Every time they have to answer the phone, they are losing time grooming. If you are an anxious owner who wants to check in on your babies

A million ⭐️ wouldn’t be enough! Yes - Naomi is the best dog groomer in Loudoun County, if not the entire state of VA. Yes- Naomi and Mark take the very best care of their clients (especially the ones with paws). We have been taking our fur family to them for well over 10 years (grooming, boarding, daycare). Not only does their business reflect the love they have for animals, they are two of the most selfless and caring people we have had the pleasure of knowing. Quick story: Our pup, Cooper, has been visiting Naomi since he was a puppy. He is almost 4 and she is yet to be the only person who can make him feel comfortable to sit perfectly still and cut his nails. You will never want to take your pups anywhere else. I found OMISTAR after four different groomers told us they could not groom my dog. I explained to Naomi that I have a very difficult dog, but Naomi still took us. She is the dog whisperer. She is a skilled groomer who really knows dogs. We are the last appointment of the day so that my anxious dog does not have to wait in a crate for me to pick her up. She has been grooming my dog for a little over a year now, and she is a God send. She is very reasonably priced, very accommodating, and sometimes too generous in my humble opinion. Her boarding fees are also the best I've seen in our area. Naomi and Mark are the best, and my pup and I are so grateful to have found her.
