From Doctors to Staff, everyone at Olympus Cove vet clinic loves animals and maintains an absolutely top standard of care. This is where Ive taken my two dogs and my cats for nearly 20 years. The team here is part of our family.

I had been taking my cat, Crackers, to this office for years. The doctor was always kind and helpful while managing his kidney disease and thyroid issues, and we appreciated the care he received over time. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my view of this clinic. This morning, Crackers was very clearly at the end of his life. I called as soon as the office opened because they were familiar with his medical history and I hoped they could help us during his final moments. Instead of compassion, I was met with a cold and dismissive response from the receptionist. I was told that if he “had” to be seen, we would need to go somewhere else. Dang! Bullied into finding a new vet after 10 years with Olympus Cove… While the check in/out desk staff always rocks it with efficiency- poor morale and power tripping is my only explanation for what’s brewing in the clinical setting. The tech, while polite and sweet to my animals, always introduces herself and treats me as though we’ve never met before when I’m an established client who made an effort to get to know her before realizing it was futile. Dr T has a bedside manner that is frankly, detached, impersonal which I was fine with for several years. Today he moved into the rude realm. Years ago when Dr Howard was at the helm, the vibe was relaxed and nurturing. My preferences and money spend for optional choices felt acceptable and supported. I have to say, do not listen to any of the negative comments that are posted. I have an older cat named Yami who has recently been diagnosed with level 3 renal failure, possibly more. The entire team at this clinic are such amazing people, as well as very kind-hearted and you can tell they truly care about our little fur babies. They call me to check up on how Yami is doing, and they even accommodate me to let me bring him in to make sure I am administering his sub q fluids properly. I highly recommend this team for your pet's needs. It's been a very rough 10 days but they have been a tremendous help during this crappy time.

I have been a client of Dr T for years. He has always been kind, honest and straightforward in dealing with my family and our animals. He has helped us with making tough decisions about treatments, everyday issues and loss. He has always offered and given the best care possible. When I recently was in the process of moving out of state I knew I could talk with him about concerns for my 11 year old dog with epilepsy. He helped me to figure out the best plan for the long car trip as well as making sure to discuss what different medications I would need to put my dog on based on where we were moving to. He talked to me about my dogs current medications as well as offering to discuss the medications with the new vet once we were settled. Not many people anymore would be that willing to
