i wanted to like this place because i personally know a lot of people who take their pets there, but if you care about your pup's health, do NOT take them here. i took my five month old puppy here to get his first grooming experience and they left his ears raw and he developed an ear infection in both ears immediately. he has never had an ear infection because when i bathe him at home i make sure to dry his ears well in order to prevent an infection. the lady who helped me up front was really nice, but there has to be some sort of impatient unexperienced groomer in the back because this is not okay. i have attached photos as proof. -10/10. The first two were the day we noticed it and the others are from after I cleaned and flushed his ear out.

Nice little pet store. Not deep on inventory like the regional and national big boys, but some quality items and a very nice, owner-operator.

Took our dog here for her first grooming in LA and they did a great job! The place was pretty spacious and clean. Took about 5 hours—it seemed like they had a lot of appointments today. The staff was also really friendly and kind! Prices were VERY FAIR! $50 grooming for our 20-pound cockapoo.

Amazing! Very friendly family great with my dog (small yorkie) wonderful cut down and trimming of nails will be a repeat costumer! 😊😁
