Olsen's Grain Inc

This place has lost my business for good! I've spent thousands of dollars on hay, bedding, dog food, cat food and accessories. When you're paying a premium for hay, you should get decent hay. I even asked the kid loading the last bale if it would look that bad on the inside (if so I didn't want it). And he said it should be alright. So after opening it & seeing how bad it was we brought it back for a replacement bale. I was told it's company policy not to take back open bales. Well, how on earth do you know its bad on the inside until you open it? We brought back the entire bale (still in flakes) and he refused to return. The manager Evan that I spoke to on Monday wasn't any better. Clearly he lacks management skills. Poor management that clearly doesn't care about their customers.

So, just trying to get to my storage unit…Olson’s is blocking the entrance w/their unloading, kinda frustrating waste of time. Been here for 30 mins, just called…will be waiting another 25mins. Seems their could be a better way for both businesses involved.

We have been getting our pet supplies from Olsen's for years. Nancy is great. She always remembers what food we buy and with a big greeting at the door she walks us over to the food section. I never have to carry it to my vehicle and they always have fun goodies I can get my dogs. They also have rewards program on the brand of food I buy. Thank you for your friendly service and knowledgeable staff.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! Today both Zach and Richard assisted me with my purchases at Olsen's and I really appreciated their help! THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB GUYS!

+JMJ...Great place to stop in for a look around and to purchase some gardening items. The staff are super friendly and helpful when giving info about items of interest. Also, my experience during a visit which made me really appreciate them is their willingness to suggest another store if they don't have what you are looking. I found that attitude to be very helpful and generous.
