Olga's Grooming

We have searched high and low for a place that specializes in Pomeranians. We have 2 and needed to feel comfortable with a groomer. I called before taking them and the gentleman answered every single one of my questions. The staff there was so friendly and inviting. When I dropped off our pups, they let them roam around and sniff everything while I explained the haircut/trim. When I finally went to pick them up, I saw them holding my pups like if they were babies. It was so sweet to see how much they care about animals, it made me feel very comfortable. Then the cut was EXCELLENT! They made them look like Princesses with cute bows on their heads. They gave them a little pom-butt cut that was adorable! Very pleased and will be a forever customer.

They original owner has retired and the new owners seem very inexperienced. Very nice and polite but there grooming is not very good. Not even 2 weeks after my boys grooming, his coat is all natty and looks like they barely cut his hair! Sent them a text and never got back to me! Very unprofessional! Sorry to post this but they should have a new owner sign up front if there keeping the name. Totally false advertising!

I brought my baby girl in to Olga’s for her first grooming she was very nervous, but when I picked her up she didn’t want to leave lol. She absolutely loved Lloyd, he was so sweet and patient with her. And he was very helpful and he is so kind! Definitely will be back!!!

Olga is awesome. On-time, attentive, and kind. She did a very cute teddy bear on my poodle. Our go-to salon. She’s popular though so newcomers prepare for long wait.

Olga's is the best! The new owners have done such a beautiful job with my fur babies! I have had other professional groomers say how great job the new owners of Olga's did! They are very reasonably priced, they take good care of my babies. Don't hesitate - take your dogs to Olga's!
