We were very pleased with Willow’s visit last night. The doctor we saw was new to us, but she was extremely kind and welcoming, and she made us feel completely comfortable. She even got down on the floor to greet Willow, which we really appreciated. We were so happy with the care she received.

They were amazing! My poor girl had pyometra and needed to be diagnosed and treated quickly, but I had some reservations with taking her to a local pet ER. Even though I wasn't an existing client, they had time for me and fit me in the day I called. By some luck, they had some cancellations and were also able to fit her procedure in that day. All of the staff were so kind and respectful to me and to my dog. The vet did a great job explaining everything in detail and with helping me weigh my options. The pricing was fair, and overall the experience was the smoothest it could've been in this scenario. Luna is currently still recovering, but is already seeming more like herself again! I'm very happy, and grateful for my experience at Oley Valley.

New client. Started by calling the day before with some questions about a new dog im now the proud home provider for. I was quickly received by someone (I do apologize names escape me) they were super friendly and helpful providing me prices that I requested (general visit around $80) and helping build my client profile. Upon my visit the next day we were checked in quickly at the front desk by such lovely people who provided great service and conversation while I waited. (Im not usually great with people but the vibe was chill.) The rest of my vist went seamlessly the Vet and Techs were all very helpful, quick, and efficient. Confident that I will maintain using this facility for all future endeavors.

3/2/26 my toy pomerian went in for basic Lyme booster. As I entered as usual a rude, standoff/front desk indivuals I complained about twice before to start with. My almost 2 yr old recieved vaccination requirded under pet insurance recomendations needed; pleasant vet tech. Afterward my dog was unable to walk, that entire night; as well as early morning next day. She was zoned (out if it) so bad; I was concerned emergency needs that evening- no heads up, no hey pain tolerance followup over nite. So I called to ask them about it; I was put in hold twice ignored; then female individual was rude, an short with my concern. I asked for vet or vet tech to return call. 5 mins later got same female personal call back; ( not vet or even vet tech) short toned, telling me - vet said its e

I cannot say enough great things about this vet. My girlfriends dog absolutely loves Dr. Ganster and it’s easy to see why. Dr. Ganster is incredibly thorough with her recommendations and always takes the time to explain treatment plans and medication so we feel completely informed and prepared. Her extensive knowledge, gentle approach and genuine love for animals shine through in every visit. The quality of service at this practice is truly outstanding.
